Introduction
The All-in-One Universal Gaming Console is a gaming system designed to support video games from every gaming console and generation within a single device. Technology like this has been replicated before but on a way smaller basis with consoles like the Playstation 3 and Wii U being backwards compatible with the games of their previous consoles of those companies. However, it’s only ever been compatible with console games from the same company like Xbox and Playstation games for example. Using the ideas from these previous inventions can help us create our main innovation. The purpose of this universal gaming system is to experience the entire collection of the gaming world in a single system for the ultimate form of convenience and accessibility.

Main Function of the Console
Mostly every console we have seen till this point has been restricted to only one brand or generation which is unlike our universal gaming console that is designed to function as an all in one system. You’ll be able to play every game just using this device such as games from consoles like the Atari 2600, NES, Nintendo Gamecube and Playstation 1. In order to make this product the most accessible it will come with a universal controller that can play every game in the catalog. The universal system will have ports and wireless connectability for every controller that corresponds with the console you are playing so you still can have the same comfortability and nostalgia from the old consoles controllers. The overall cost of our innovation will be a lot cheaper than having to buy every separate console, controllers and games you want to play

Exterior Design and Physical Appearance
The universal console’s exterior is going to have a combination of retro and modern gaming console design and have different sections for different consoles. For example there will be sections of the playstation ports for the controllers and disc reader, then other sections for consoles like the N64, Sega Genesis, SNES, and Xbox generations. In conclusion you’ll be able to see different parts of the console including all the old console designs we have seen. As well as having the disc reader and controller ports, there will also include cooling vents, storage expansion and memory card slots. All these exterior choices support compatibility by including the important pieces of every previous gaming system into one.

Dedicated Cartridge Sections
One of the primary components of the Universal Gaming Console is the dedicated cartridge system which includes different cartridge and disc readers for every system. It will have different slots for the Atari, NES, SNES, N64, Sega Genesis, Playstation, etc. This will make it so the universal system has compatibility with every previous console. Having these different sections for each game reader format makes it easier for compatibility and design because these game readers are all different shapes and sizes so it would be extremely difficult in order to have a universal game cartridge that works for every game. These sections are from the exact designs of the previous consoles so all the internal sensors will automatically recognize the game type.

In order to support both authentic and accessible gameplay experiences gamers have the option to either use the universal gaming controller that is supported with every game or you can use your old controllers and connect to the console via the ports or wireless connection.
